We then went back (as near as we could get) to the original angle and this time, I've taped round each leg of the tripod on the floor and then even taped it down so it would not move if knock accidentally. This actually made it quite sturdy and there was not much camera shake after that.
We would spend time before we would animate, but going over each sentence or to the next break, mouthing the audio to figure out which mouth shape to use and scrubbed through the audio in premier to work out how many frames we would need for them. We would also act out and watched each other to see where our eyes moved when speaking and if we did and hand movements.
This is a rough video of what we have so far.
Becuase the images are so large, I had to import the image sequence into premier, and then export it as a video at 1080p so it was HD and no hight. Just working with the image sequence in premier made the computer crash, so I needed to work with lower quality images, but obviously didn't want to open ever image in photoshop to do that, so discovered this as a great alternative. the clips still need to be scaled and sometimes nudged to one side to get it to match the previous clip, but hopefully we can fix this later on in post production.
