The colours of white, black, gold and pale blue/green really stood out to me as profesional and sophistacated, and I think would go nice with Italian typography and patterns, as Italy to be is about fine food and wine, and gold shouts 'best'
We'd talked about embossing and if we can incorporate this somehow it would add to the professional look, but even going back to the paper cut idea, a simple design as a strip on the vocher would work realky nice and atract attention because it's different.
